We’re looking for a 前端工程师 to join our Digital Membership Experience (DMX) team to help build, maintain and improve the 服务 that provide our customers with a simple, 有跨Co-op的客户经验.

You’ll work alongside a community of Quality Coaches, 软件工程师, and Platform Engineers to build the products, 服务, and platforms that play a big role in our communities. You’ll design and build web-based platforms, with a focus on great user experience. • Drive continuous improvement in the performance, accessibility and UX of our live 服务 
• Use modern engineering practices like TDD, pair or mob programming, and continuous deployment

• Use your knowledge and expertise to provide guidance to your team

• Significant experience creating performant and accessible front-end applications
• A strong understanding of web accessibility standards such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and the ability to identify potential issues when using a screen reader and keyboard

• Experience using reactive and component-driven JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.Js，或者类似的
